Barkway Crabapple & Rosemary Extra Jelly
The beautiful sharp and sweet flavour from the wild crab apples gathered from the Hertfordshire hedgerows combines perfectly with the warm aromatic flavour of rosemary to provide a wonderful accompaniment to roast lamb or pork, sausages or vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The jelly is also a great addition to a cheese board, combining particularly well with a Brie, Camembert or goats cheese.
